Ingredients : Urad Dhal , Red Chilli ,Garlic , Salt , Hing Powder, curry leaves
Directions of Use
Mix Gingelly oil with idli podi to make a loosely packed paste , consume it with idly/dosa/roti.
Sprinkle podi on one side of the dosa while it is in the pan and add Gingelly oil for a crispy podi dosa, add onions and coriander leaves to taste.
Best when combined with warm food.
